WHY?
My name is Greg. At 68 years old, I was diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease in September 2025.
For eight months, I received Lecanemab infusions through Duke Neurology until side effects required my doctors to halt treatment. Like so many others walking this path, I refused to give up hope. I began desperately searching for treatments that could slow disease progression, protect brain health, and potentially restore cognitive function.
That search led me to NeuralCIM - a therapy I firmly believe is worth serious consideration for individuals in the early-to-mid stages of Alzheimer’s.
As a patient, advocate, and researcher, I created NeuralCIM.info to serve as a free community portal built on trust and transparency. With any emerging treatment comes the risk of bad actors attempting to exploit patients for financial gain. I want this platform to be a safe haven where you can find honest information drawn from real users, reputable scientific journals, and thoroughly vetted service providers.
